my stay wasnt perfect. the bathroom had a persistent odor. i mentioned this to the staff, however the issue persisted throughout my visit. also, the breakfast area seemed very crowded at times. getting a table was challenging, the noise levels were high.

the rooms felt spacious. it had lovely food options each morning. breakfast near the beach had a great selection of foods available to guests, i enjoyed it.

the cleaner could have been better, i think. staff were average at check in and out. overall, the management and staff were poor, they need to learn customer satisfaction.

I loved the free upgrade i got to a swim-up room. the hotel had great proximity to amenities and a very nice beach. The design included a fabulous pool, a landscaped layout. a pool bar with stools and tables right in the water! the staff greeted everyone warmly.

The air conditioning in my room didn't perform the best. It perhaps needs some attention. The performance should improve to avoid this issue in the future.

My room included an extra large bed! a bath with a jacuzzi and a walk-in shower completed the experience. It also featured a fridge, a big tv, and a coffee maker.

The hotel had a fabulous pool and a landscaped layout. the pool also had a pool bar complete with stools and tables in the water. the staff were lovely. You couldn't walk past one of them without them saying hello. the breakfast was very good and available for a variety of taste buds and all nationalities.

the air conditioning was okay but not the best, so that perhaps needs looking into. i did notice that there was limited parking available. i imagine it would be a struggle in high season.
